Maxim Salute to the Military

In wut on April 1, 2012 by John Layfield

I love when they parody “men’s magazine” covers. Cracked did some great ones a while back. They were done by Seanbaby, who is a real American patriot, rather than the sarcastic one I am sometimes. So I thought, what the hell, I’ll give it a shot. I took military fetishism, cars, football and camouflage bikinis, implied that saluting troops meant the sexualisation of one of the more statistically likely groups to be sexually assaulted by their own comrades (that is, women serving in the armed forces) and also had a Russian give tribute to the troops inside, just to see if you were paying attention! Then I even added a really silly “women with power tools” section. It might make the joke too obvious but it seemed so over the top not to put it in.

I did forget to add a flag, actually, but I’m posting it here anyway. I don’t have time to edit one in.
